WE UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF EDUCATION

We adopted and renovated a school under our CSR Initiative for which solar panel installation is imminent as a future prospect.

VISION

To develop a non profit but self sustaining skill development system by collaborating with ITIs/Polytechnics, NGOs, Governments and Industries wherein relevant skills will be provided to youth, making them employable and help them in obtaining jobs as per their qualifications.

We, in ASTRA, are determined to create an ecosystem for skill development where efforts will be made to solve all major problems that comes in the path of imparting skills to deserving youth.

The heart of the idea is to partner with existing ITIs/Polytechnics in the country by providing free teacher’s training, updated training material, on-job trainings, conducting placements etc. and in return utilizing their infrastructure.

We understand that for any partnership to be successful, it has to be a win-win in nature for both partners. Thus, in ASTRA, we are trying to build such a win-win relationship with all stakeholders viz ITIs, Students, Corporates and Govts.

Through ASTRA, we seek to provide solutions to all major problems discussed above which are major deterrents for establishing a healthy skill development ecosystem in the country.
