Aman Mathur
CEO, MD
Aman Mathur actualized his entrepreneurial edge back in 2013 when he founded Addwatt Power Solutions. He holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from India’s prestigious institute IIT Guwahati. Prior to this, Aman had a two year stint at NTPC. He then qualified to prestigious Indian Civil Services (IAS Allied) and was posted as a Bureaucrat at Department of Telecom, Government of India.
Under his leadership, Addwatt Power Solutions today is progressively heading towards achieving its portfolio of over 750MW in solar power projects.
Sandeep Gupta
Vice President, Engineering
A veteran with over three decades of experience in Solar Power Projects is Vice President of Addwatt Power Solutions, heading engineering and design department for all the project related activities. An early frontrunner in solar power projects, Sandeep plays the role of a catalyst and multiplier across every aspect of business. He consults an impressive roster of clients and advises them on the most effective solar power plant related strategies for their brands not limited to new product introduction, project engineering, budgeting, monitoring risks and maintain quality standards both at roof top and ground mounted projects.
Nitin Dhaneshwar
Head- Distributed Solar
Nitin having 17 years’ experience in electronics, electrical and renewable field. Since last a decade working in Renewable sector (Solar). He has experience in Solar power project design, optimization, technology selection and Project management. He is specialized in SPV system electronics, LCOE, CAPEX estimation, Risk assessment, balance of solar system design, integration structure, site feasibility reports, meteorological survey, system management, project management, installation and commissioning.
Manish Tayal
Head- Construction
Manish Tayal with experience of around 30 years in solar project management & execution. He supervised 500 MWp+ of solar project within defined timelines & budget. He handled liaison with discoms for sanctioning of project drawings/ documents including project commissioning/COD. He’s having sound exposure of solar projects, operational & business risk mitigation to avoid cost overrun. Rich experience in identifying site technical issues and its solution.
Pramod Kumar
Head- Business Development
Pramod Kumar having rich professional experience of more than 18 years in Renewable Energy sector which includes 15 years in Suzlon Energy Ltd the world’s leading renewable energy solution provider. He is an MBA – Marketing, his expertise lies in Business Development, Contract Finalization, Financial Viability Analysis with Strategic thinking.
Nishant Mathur
Nishant Mathur currently looks after management of commercials. He comes with over 7 years of industry experience with specialization in Contract Management, Vendor Development, Purchase Order Reconciliation.
He is a graduate with B.Tech in Mechanical and holds a degree in MBA (Marketing).
Ravinder Kumar
Ravinder with an experience of around 8 years leads the strategic function of execution across all large scale solar farms of Addwatt Power.
He is responsible for management of manpower to machinery at project sites.
Sanjeev Garg
With an extensive experience of 32 years, Sanjeev Garg takes care of Accounts at Addwatt Power Solutions. He is an expert in analysing financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, GST Registration and other finance related aspects.
Sanjeev has demonstrated excellent leadership skill and his prowess in financial accounting principles.
Ankit Pandey
Ankit currently leads Supply Chain Function at Addwatt Power Solutions. He has over 5 years of experience in managing global and domestic sourcing, procurement and supply chain operations. A clean energy enthusiast, he has led supply chain network of large scale solar projects.
His expertise include strategic sourcing, value chain management, techno commercial analysis for various projects.
